I purchased an Irene Kippah fall. I was disappointed with the hair and the cut that I got at their salon. The woman who cut the wig berated me for not knowing exactly what I wanted. She them proceeded to chop it and not it is un-wearable. I paid almost 900 total and the wig looks like a mop on top of my head. I so sick over this purchase. The customer service was less than stellar. I will never go back.

The positive is that the front is amazing. The cons: no customer service! Hair fell out and I mean a lot of hair. I am missing too much hair to wear it at this point. And in general the hair on the bottom layers is dry as can be. Customer service was terrible. I live out of NY and left many messages and emails but no reply.

I have 2 Irene Dulces-- one is a fall and one is a full wig. The hair quality is terrible. The inner layer as well as the longer hairs are all split and dead and knot terribly. The wigs don't dye well and I've been informed not to expect them to last longer than 1.5-2 years because "a fashionable girl buys new wigs more often". I would not get this line of Irene wigs again despite the compliments I receive in how the wigs look. Maybe I would try the VIP European line, but only with some sort of warranty.

Thinking of Rating A Wig Company?
When leaving your rating or review, please consider the following things:

At Shaytell, we value honesty above all else. Please make sure you have actually had an experience with a specific company before rating them. (This does not mean you had to purchase a wig. It could have been a consultation, a phonecall, a meeting, etc., but you should be commenting on a personal interaction.)

We encourage all reviews: good and bad. We just want you to write about it in a calm way. Try and keep language professional, and think about your review as a means of guiding someone else toward the best company rather than bashing a company you may have had a negative experience with.

Pictures are great. Your review will have most impact if you can show people what you loved or hated about your experience with that vendor!
