The Milano wig I got the hair is so thin you blow on it and can see the net. The hair has no body. The hair looks cheap. Take my word when you pay its expensive. You think your going to get a great wig. When it comes what a disappointment. I could have cried. I saved and read everything on there website and got some thing that is an embarrassment to ware. .They are great at advertising I can say that. I have nothing good to say about my Milano wig except I like the cap in it.

Milano has the worst customer service. The people working at this company are rude and snobby and they will make your life hell if anything is wrong with your wig. Stay away from this company. Check the Facebook reviews and see how many times they have scammed people.

If you are ok with receiving THE WORST customer service, then Milano is the way to go. The wigs are expensive and not the best quality. They will send you the wrong color or will mess up you custom color, and then treat you like sh... You don't believe it? Then go ahead and buy from them. Milano can't care less if they loose you as a customer. They treat us customers as if they are doing us a favor in letting us use their wigs. We are paying 1k to 2k for these wigs and still being treated like s... by the company. As a business person myself, I think this is a bad way of doing business. I had to open a dispute with my bank to get my money back cause Milano messed up my custom color. My assistant and I, still bought 2 wigs from Milano after this incident because we are recording a YouTube video about the best and worst wig companies. I have over 2 million subs and my channel is about hair, so hopefully I will save some of them of making the mistake of spending money on this terrible company. These are the last wigs I'm buying from Milano.

absolutely horrendous from start to finish, got sent a wig that didnt fit and was the wrong colour, had to send it back. i was told insurance would be covered as it was their mistake, obviously they are now telling me they cant pay me back. When the wig got sent back it was still the wrong colour and too small.
Spent $2000 on crap

So when he was about to send it he called you from the shop and said the price and you said ok. He would never ever have spent that money knowing we would not get it back. He went off your word as you had been so trustworthy. My husband doesn't lie and I remember having the conversation straight after him explaining that you would fully reimburse it.

This wig is horrible! Low quality hair, knots, lots of shedding, and the WORST costumer service. This company is a scam. Also, these wigs are not 100% human hair. Take your money elsewhere, Milano is not worth it.

Disgusting customer service. I would never purchase a wig from them, I ordered 2 wigs on the sale... and one is out of stock unless I want to add $200 on my order to get the longer length when I ordered the wig was in stock! They did not accommodate me so I said fine cancel the order the male manager said to me "that's fine, I sell over $1000 wigs in 2 seconds" who says such a thing!?! How unprofessional! So I told him I'm waiting on the phone for the refund email, he tells me "I'm not in the office right now" LOL. I CALLED THE OFFICE in California where they let me know that my wig is out of stock. So I told him you are in the office because I called the office. He tells me hold on I'll tell someone. He left me on the phone waiting for over 20 min!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! there are better places to purchase wigs for same or less price! Nasty people. Ew

The customer service in this company is appalling! It’s a shame, I loved the wig when it finally arrived. However it has not lasted me the time I would have hoped for. The wig has already begun to shed, although it is only light shedding but still it does not deserve the price tag!
I ended up getting a replacement wig from Mora Mode wigs. I was pleasantly pleased as the hairline and wig looks much more natural than the wig I purchased from Milano and is almost half the price.

This place is TERRIBLE. They use adn abuse their customers as a selling strategy or something. They actually MUST! Because any Milano staff will treat you horribly. It's like they train them to be mean. OK, but I put up with that rudeness for four years! All for the sometimes great Virgin Hair. However, after YEARS of being a perfect customer for them, hardly ever if any returns from me. I guess that is why they thought they could send me the WRONG custom piece that I waited months for! It came rooted. I SPECIFICALLY asked MULTIPLE times for no rooting. It came rooted and therefore RUINED in my eyes as I paid all that cash for a VIRGIN piece! ALSO, I ordered a c-cap and it came as regular. Well, when I contacted them IMMEDIATELY and did not hear anything back. Nothing. Not until they promptly got my return. They waited a day to respond to me at all! They said that I rooted it, (uh, yeah right, I am not a pro) (plus I would never dare to root that specific color, or any virgin hair for that matter) (AND I only had it one night before shipping it off back to them) They also said that it WAS in fact a c-cap, I call nonsense on that BC I have shopped there for YEARS, I know that the C-Caps come labeled as such. Mine didn't have it on the tag. It was also crazy thick on top. Still, they said that it WAS a c-cap. SMH... these people ONLY care about money. I would stay FAR, FAR away. It's not worth it. PLUS, they are a COMPLETE racket besides! They get money upfront on their good for them sales. So you pay them upfront, they go get their hair and workmanship in China... for pennies on the dollar and THAN finally you get you wig or hair piece. Just, don't waste you hard earned dollars here. They never will appreciate you. They WILL take advantage of you then chew you up and spit you out once they have drained your bank account. And their dishonesty on my last and final order was simply appalling. I wound up doing a charge back. I had to! They left me no choice.

These people are just incompetent. I don't know if they do it on purpose or not, but they messed up with payment, color of the wig, texture and so on. If I could give them zero stars, I'd do it.
these people are condescendent and they have zero empathy. Very upset because they play with people's money.

Customer service with Milano is a nightmare. They got my order wrong THREE times and had my money for over a year before I got a wig, which was STILL not as ordered. When I discussed it with the owner I said I thought she owed me a discount at this point and she said she would rather lose a customer than lose money on a sale. So she lost a customer AND a lot of future sales. Bad decision.

My milano somehow lasted me 5 years of almost daily wear. I did need to have it treated for horrible knotting in the back, but they treated it once and never had a problem since.

I bought a Milano LOB during one of their Winter sales. My sister and I each got the same wig- It was buy one get the second half off. Lets say this was literally a no brainer. I wanted to try out a new look and this Milano was exactly what I was looking for. The wig came out to $600 and I told myself I would be dancing if it lasted me the year. Sure enough it lasted me 1 year. I definitely got my money's worth though, and wouldn't think twice to go back and purchase the same wig again. It was comfortable, insanely flat in the front, and had the highlights I wanted. The reason the wig didn't last was because the hair was so intensely treated that with each wash it became more and more yellow and stiff. Eventually the wig just felt like straw- but again I really am still happy- for the price I paid this was a crazy bargain. I also wore the shaitel every single day- and felt the most like myself. I highly recommend getting a Milano as a second or third shaitel, but not as your one reliable wear-it-out for 3 years type of wig!

I'm very happy with my Milano. I bought it almost three years ago and wear it almost every day. I love the closed cap, no hairs come through, which used to drive me crazy with my other wigs. The hair is fine and natural looking, although it started to oxidize after two years and now I have to dye it. It's blonde. I had the best costumer service with Conelia wigs Toronto, she did a beautiful cut and does great wash n sets. I bought it on sale, so got a great price, I would definitely buy another one.

i just bought my first milano and the experience itself was so pleasant. i am a kallah and have heard such bad stories but the girls were so patient and helpful. i went back 4 times before deciding, they never got annoyed and always greeted me with a smile. thank you chani and franchesa if you girls ever see this 🙂

My Milano is now a year and a half old. I wear it every day and it has held up well. The hair is starting to thin a little at the nape of the neck, but it never clumped or knotted and was very light and pleasant to wear. The cap is very comfortable and I would definitely buy another one! The only thing is that it only holds a set for a few days, but I don't personally mind so long as it's clean.
