I bought a Milano in 2012. Before I continue the review its important to start with Milano has THE. WORST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. If you're ok with that, then keep reading. The hair quality is good (although after 3.5 years of occasional wear, I had to cut it significantly to get rid of the dead ends. They don't have XL caps, however they have a repair lady who does a decent but sloppy job. If Milano had better customer service, I would consider purchasing with them again. However, since they do not, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I was not able to wear my Milano and wound up giving it away. I have a small head. It was not possible to take in the wig sufficiently to fit my head, unlike the Freedas which I've worn successfully for years. I would not try to buy another Milano.

I bought a Milano pony two years ago. I have really never been happy with it.mits very hard to put on and get it to look just right. When it's up, it pulls terribly. Probably my biggest complaint is the hair in the front. I had a side bang cut, and and part was very fake looking. The scalp on the top also looks terrible. I had a local person add hair to the front but it hasn't helped that much. After two years of wear the color (6)is very oxidized and reddish. It doesn't hold a curl that well anymore either. I got it on sale, so I can't complain about the price, but you get what you pay for. I wouldn't recommend Milano pony.

Thinking of Rating A Wig Company?
When leaving your rating or review, please consider the following things:

At Shaytell, we value honesty above all else. Please make sure you have actually had an experience with a specific company before rating them. (This does not mean you had to purchase a wig. It could have been a consultation, a phonecall, a meeting, etc., but you should be commenting on a personal interaction.)

We encourage all reviews: good and bad. We just want you to write about it in a calm way. Try and keep language professional, and think about your review as a means of guiding someone else toward the best company rather than bashing a company you may have had a negative experience with.

Pictures are great. Your review will have most impact if you can show people what you loved or hated about your experience with that vendor!
