Awful awful human beings work in that place, never have I made to feel soo badly and put down in such manners, disgusting! !!!

I paid around $1000 and had to fix it THREE times already and spent over $600 already . I went to the place where I bought it after six months and they said that they don't stand behind there wig and in order to fix it, it will be $500.
Will NEVER recommend this brand to anyone

I came close to purchasing, but I am glad I did not. While the price was tempting, the customer service was awful. The ladies who were selling were not helpful at all and at times were outright obnoxious. I would not be able to deal with such service had i decided to purchase.

I got an Irene about 2-3 years ago. I paid on k you 400 including the cut which was great for me. I made them take it back when I complained that the wig gets knotty 2 minutes after I put it on. It also had split ends. They ended up replacing it and recutting a new one at no charge which was great. But it took a lot of yelling to get him to even take it back. The new wig fits beautifully and I can wear it all day, the cap is that comfortable. But the hair is terrible! It doesn't hold a curl for more than 2 days and I got the courses one because he told me it would last longer. Instead it falls and looks so dry and like I haven't washed it in weeks. I didn't bother to complain because I saw what the customer service was like the first time. Since it was only 400 it wasn't worth the agmas nefesh to complain.

I don't want to say loshon harah but my rov told me that I may and even have a chiyuv to write a minimal amount if it is for a to'eles. So I will comply by saying that all the comments that list assorted problems and complaints are true and I experienced some of them personally and also heard of the other issues from friends. I regret that I bought a few of these wigs. As a kollel family we cannot afford expensive wigs, but we certainly cannot afford to keep buying garbage. We do not have money to waste! If you have extra money to burn, then go ahead and do it, but I won't.

I got educated AFTER I bought my Irene for $950 Canadian so I hope to help others BEFORE they buy it. The wig is designed to last up to a year (under normal wear & tear circumstances) . After a few months it starts to degrade until it is totally unwearable. Frankly, it may be a good buy if you only need the wig for a short time or rarely wear a wig. But I wish someone would have told me this because I feel the "mitziya" (so-called bargain) was for me a rip off.

Terrible customer service and terrible quality. Purchased a wig and after only a few months the hair was falling out. Took it back and they would not do anything to fix the problem whatsoever. I would never recommend this wig company to anyone because people should only spend money in companies that stand behind their products. I was not even as upset with the wig because hey there are flukes. It happens. But they wouldn't do anything to fix the problem. Which i find unacceptable.

I am a bit of a gambler. This wig can either be a hit or total disastrous miss. Yes it is cheaper than other wigs and you might get lucky - I did a couple of times, but I also missed 3 times. On average, each USE-ABLE / WEAR ABLE wig ended up costing me twice what I paid. Trouble is you can't know till after you are wearing the wig a month or two what troubles you will be having. Here is my 5 wig "score": 2 great, 3 awful. The three problem wigs I had: (1) hair falling out (in clumps leaving bald areas); (2) knotting badly, dead ends and frizzing; (3) not holding a set unless wig is soaked in hair spray (and then it is stiff as board). The two wigs that were great: fantastic delicious yummy hair, light, natural and super comfortable. In the future I will NOT roll the dice with my money (yes, cheap becomes VERY expensive when you need to buy 5 wigs to get 2 that work) and risk the aggravation and wasted time (hours and days). And don't bother trying to get a replacement for the problem wigs - I can save you lots of time by telling you that there is no such thing.

Terrible customer service. In a short time my wig lost tons of hair and knots to the point that I cannot brush it out - it feels like steel wool. The company does not stand by their product - the seller sold me a very old piece with out letting me know. I would choose 0 if I was given the option

Don't go near this company. Never purchase an Irene. A living nightmare!!!! Purchased 2 wigs and both are horrific!!!
why cant i rate customer service zero - 1 is the lowest. Boy is that man nasty!!!!
Hair knotted on both from the get go, refused to even hear me out. Kept pushing me and ONLY offering me to upgrade to more expensive wig at totally my cost with no compensation. Seems like they forever have new line so will constantly push you to purchase an upgrade (which I did twice - with no success)
Wigs do not last for more than a couple of months, just get a wig elsewhere.
Good points are caps are comfortable, and the wife, Irene, is a sweetheart with a great cut!!! however, a cut on a wig that is garbage does not compensate!!
