The best experience I've had!!! First of all, I won this wig for FREE. Because Charlene from Galis wigs is so giving, she always has these awesome giveaways.
Customer service was 100%!! The staff there really attended to my needs and what I was looking for, I didn't feel rushed in anyway: the staff that cuts the wigs and styles them are awesome beyond! They ask you exactly what you need and cut/style to the perfection.
The quality of my wig is amazing, I can wear it for a full day without having the feeling of wanting to take it off as soon as I get home because the cap is so comfortable.
If you ask me? Galis wigs is the absolute bomb!!!

I work with kathy at salon aqua in hewlett ny and her 16 year old daughter madison is a young beautiful assistant at aqua. She has alopecia and they both love galis wigs! Gali team are so nice and helpful. U can choose a wig and cut it and if u don't like it , u don't have to buy it. Her stylist are so amazing. I had an amazing experience with them.

The service at Gali's Couture Wigs is unlike anywhere else. From the moment you walk into their showroom, you feel completely welcomed and a sense of warmth. With regards to the wigs and colors considering I am a blonde, it is amazing. They will custom order you multiple sizes and colors in order to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase when you walk out their door. Overall, it's unlike any other wig place or store I've ever been to.

With a niece with alopecia who wants to have hair like everyone else, Gali's has been amazing. The care, concern and the wigs are amazing! As she is young and her head is small, they always find the cap to fit perfectly. insurance does not cover the wig, Gali's prices are very good and she is ALWAYS giving back and giving some away and having sales. Would recommend them ?! So grateful we found her.

I absolutely LOVE my Gali wig I actually sold two of my other name brand wigs bec I am a Gali girl all the way! My experience going to the studio was truly great you are greeted w a smile and even a hug and what I loved most is that Charlene is so real there's none of that fakeness that you can get when someone is trying to sell you something! I can't wait to buy a few more galis to add to my collection! You can tell that she loves this mitsvah with all her heart and it radiates throughout the studio. My wig is stunning I get an insane amount of compliments and every time someone asks what is it I say a gali of course!! I have sent a few of my friends to buy wigs from her and each one is so happy! The best part is that the wigs are so affordable and they make it so easy for u she has stylists in every town. can't wait for my next gali purchase!!

Literally never walking into another sheytal store. Charlene and crew were so excited to help me and my sis and found us the most exceptional, gorgeous pieces!! Charlene is a doll to work with and makes the experience so warm customizable and inspirational! I cannot wait to wear my GALI wig and tell the world where it is from! If you haven't been, it's a must! We drove an hour and a half each way and it was worth every second, 3 wigs later and a simcha special package I couldn't be happier!! Tizku Lmitzvos

This review is only based off of customer service. I don't own a wig from gali couture but I helped my sister in law out when dealing with her wig which had some issues. I must say the customer service was above and beyond! They took care of EVERYTHING and more for her! They really do care about each customers satisfaction. Thank you for all your time and quick response! You should continue with helping lots of wonderful women cover their hair and see only revealed good!

I went to Gali Wigs to purchase my first wigs and I could not have been happier! Everything about my experience was AMAZING! The sales ladies were so helpful and patient and let me take my time making my decisions (took me to look in different mirrors/lighting) - there was absolutely no pressure! One of the (many) amazing perks- they cut the wig on the spot and if you don't like it you can take a new one off the shelf and start over with no fuss! The wigs are super comfortable and the hair quality seems great. I really feel that every kallah deserves to have the gali experience be their first experience because it is so amazing, rejuvenating, and makes the mitzvah fun! I feel so lucky that I did so well - kudos to galis! I love Charlene and her team, they are all amazing and so much fun!! It was more than buying shaitels, it was an experience! Showroom has the best atmosphere, and not only did I walk out with a handful of shaitels, I made a couple of new friends too! Can't wait to buy more.

Last night I went with my best friend to purchase her 1st wig .
When I bought my first wig from an anonymous company it was a terrible experience and I never felt the "kallah experience".
Last night was a totally different experience , The customer service was beyond amazing every question was answered and every request was filled.
My friends smile by the end of the night was worth more then a million bucks.
I wasn't even jealous (okay maybe a little 🙂 )
Not only did my friend walk out with 4 gorgeous wigs , I walked out with a new friend Charlene Aminoff.

I had such an incredible positive experience at Gali's, especially after going to other places and having the worst customer service experience. I was so happy to be there and the staff was amazing!! Esther helped me with finding the most perfect luscious amazing quality wig ever and I always get compliments on my sheitel!! I was so happy with my pleasant experience there and I will definitely be coming again to buy a new piece. THANK YOU GALIS!!!

I started covering my hair a few months after I got married. I quickly realized that hats/berets/scarves were not meeting my needs, stylistically and practically. Even at consignment shops the wigs were a fortune and there was barely any hair on them. At Gali's I was eased into the wig-wearing club by the patient salespeople and Charlene, the owner. I bought a kippah fall, that was so thick and luxurious - I felt like myself on my best hair day. After about a year, I wanted to go for a fall, and the sales team found a perfect color match that even made my husband do a double-take when I came home. I dyed my kippah fall to match my fall and they now look like a set. I finally got a full wig, at a Trunk Show, which also looks so natural that people assume I'm not covering. I am the proud owner of three Gali's and I honestly have not found another company that makes such high quality, generous, affordable and beautiful wigs (I do wash and sets, and have seen wigs from many other companies). Their brazilian wigs hold a curl for weeks, and are really comfortable. They've all been cut by the amazing hairstyling team in the show room in great neck, who were so patient with me and my indecision! I highly recommend!

My daughter brought me a Galis Couture Wig to LA and it is the first wig I own! I am really Inlove with the quality, color, and comfort!!! The wig looks incredible that people really have no idea that I am covering my hair. I can't wait to buy many more!!!

Anyone who wants great customer service, attention to what you want, awesome hair quality, and just the overall best sheital experience you MUST go to Galis! I walked in looking for a kippa fall, and nothing in the showroom matched my hair. Charlene (who is amazing and the absolute sweetest person ever!) took the time to talk to me about what i wanted, figure out my exact hair color, and custom order many different kippa falls for me to choose from in my EXACT color! the whole experience was such a pleasure- from the amazing staff to the one on one attention you get, i can't imagine a place that does it better then Galis. If you want comfort, style, and something actually affordable, this is definitely the place to go! Thank you all at Galis for making the experience of covering your hair actually enjoyable 🙂
