I was so excited by the pricing of their wigs (around $1600 for a super long one) that I purchased one without doing research. Unimpressed by the quality of the hair, the customer service and my all around experience with Gali. I still wear mine and it looks nice on but it has caused me a lot of aggravation.

I bought my wig VERY excited about having a Gali because of the crazy rave that I heard about their shaitels. Unfortunately, my expectations on this company have gone downhill every since. The shaitel knots TERRIBLY (this is shaitel #4 for me), and hair falls out in clumps. The fit of the cap happens to be quite comfortable and the curls hold for a long time, but that's about it I can say positively. Thinking about it now, it may just hold the curl for a while because it is rarely worn (I was told I cannot purchase another shaitel so soon so I need the hair to stay as long as possible). It has since become by Shabbos/dressy shaitel, since I don't wear that as often as my others.
