Gali’s Couture Wigs

The most awful wig I have ever had. Terrible hair, wires began poking out after 3 weeks. Customer service was great because they quickly replaced the piece, the only trouble was that the replacement was as horrible as the first. Really should not be selling this wig for more than $50. Unfortunately I wasted $1,650. Lesson learned.

When I was engaged I was really excited to buy a Gali wig. I bought a full and a fall. When I had the full wig cut, the stylist was on her phone and cut my hair accidentally. After I got married and started wearing the wig the cut didn't seem right so I went to a different stylist. She had to fix both wigs because the cuts were not even. The quality of the wig is poor. The hair is knotty and the wigs won't hold curls. Very shortly after being washed the start to feel coarse. I had to bring the wig back for them to repair the cap. The oweners husband deals with any issues and he is very unhelpful.

heads up any good feedback on this company is false. They will replace the wig within 3 months but they are terrible terrible terrible quality. If you do not have extra cash to spare, this is NOT the wig for you....

I wish I had good reviews to say about this brand but sadly I cannot. Before getting married I bought one fall and one full. I am blonde so finding the right color was hard but it seems like I found the perfect match! Three months later my fall started to get super knotty and thin out especially on top! I took it back and they just got it moisterized. But after my next wash it went straight back to being knotty. On top you can see the cap from thinning. My full Shaitel I loved!! Six months in it started thinning, balding on top, and turning orange. She refused to do anything telling me that "adding hair on top is so expensive". With basically my a fist size on top of the cap being shown I now have to take out so much hair to cover it up. I went back multiple times only to have her staff ignore me and me having to chase Charlene down. In the end she wanted me to buy a new one. I custom ordered and they were not even close to my color. Then she refused to add highlights so once again I walked out with nothing. As nice as Charleen is her quality is not up to par and she doesn't actually fix anything.

I found the staff to be rude and not helpful at all. I went back three times and I was essentially ignored and made to feel like I was bothering her staff while they were all on their phones. I bought a brown shade which turned green within three months, I had them recolor it and it was given back to me 2 shades darker. I told the staff and they told me i was wrong and that it still looked fine and that it was passed the window for them to help me. I was so frustrated i never bothered to go back. the only reason I;m giving it a star is because of the cap comfort.

Sadly, I don't have great things to say about my Gali. It's heavy, knots like a bird's nest after one wear, and is so uncomfortable. It's the only wig I've ever bought, but I haven't touched it in months because it makes hair covering such a frustrating experience for me. I really, really wish I could give Gali's a good review, but I simply can't do so in good conscience given my experience. Maybe I got a lemon. Or maybe that's just the way their wigs are. Either way, do your research and make sure you really LOVE your wig before wasting your money like I did. I should also note that I bought my wig a little over a year ago, but I've heard they've gotten a new line that might be better quality.

Stay FAR AWAY from this company!!! Though they were willing to replace my wig and did so, I have not had one good day with this wig. Not worth more than $50. Terrible hair, terrible cap that comes undone with wires sticking out. Really an awful product.
