I've gotten high end wigs from other companies before and the quality and customer service here is just the best. You can't compare. I would never go elsewhere. Not to mention how sweet the staff is! I still get compliments on my 6 year old Tori wig and bandfall. And their prices are so reasonable compared to other high end companies!

I have owned my 3 Tori wigs and one bandfall for 5 years and can only say great things. Excellent staff. They are so patient and talented. They worked so hard to make sure I was happy. All four of my Toris are wonderful and lasted so nicely. The price is reasonable for this level of quality. I recommend them. I get compliments all the time.

I have two wigs. The first looks amazing but has been extremely uncomfortable and the cap was huge and never fit right. After a number of visits to try to fix it I gave up and just wore it as is and suffered for a few years. Finally had it resized last week by another person for just $40 and it finally feels comfortable. My second is a wavy which I can't really wear because it makes me look like a cone head or a Muppet. After several visits back and forth the problem was never solved. Finally had two different wig people tell me it's an air bubble and there's no way to fix it. The owners kept telling me the reason it looks that way is the shape of my head, that I had a widows peak etc.... They did agree that the cut they did made it even more conehead looking and replaced the bangs with longer hair but it didnt really help because as I know now it is an air bubble. Also it is a wavy and it has so little hair that it looks like I'm balding. A waste of $2300. The owners are nice when you buy something but after you buy they make it difficult to adjust and if you have problem they can be challenhing to work with. Also, the hair on both have tons of split ends and my wavy looks so oxidized. The girls that do the styling are very lovely.

I bought a Tori totally unexpectedly while accompanying a friend and it was half the price of my first wig and quadruple the happiness! When I put it on I said "it looks like me, but so much better". I get tons of compliments and it holds a curl sooo well. With their customer service and return policy, I'm afraid to shop anywhere else!

I work a 9 to 5 job in a secular company and needed a wig that was both durable and natural. After trying out numerous companies, TORI Wigs was by far my favorite! The hair on their wigs is magnificent quality and holds the sets beautifully!! I get complemented from my co-workers all the time and they can't believe I'm wearing a wig!

Amazing customer service! Replaced my wig a couple times since I wasn't happy and since one had some issues... I love my naturally wavy Tori! So soft no frizz!!! And dries naturally into gorgeous curls!!! Really recommend!!!

Very disappointed in Tori. My wig never fit me properly, even after I got it resized by them. They made it way to large and it was constantly rubbing behind the ears and gave me headaches. Also the hair quality is awful. They say they use Virgin European hair, but I don't buy that... It looks really processed and fake. I tried to return the wig and they would not take it back and they were very nasty to me.

Gorgeous hair. Best pricing I could find anywhere for this level of quality. Great cut. Down to earth friendly staff. Go out of their way to please.

I have 3 tori falls and I love love love them! I've had them for 4 years and I get tons of compliments. Tovi and Rivi go above and beyond for their customers . the hair quality and texture is gorgeous.

I'm OBSESSED with my Toris!! I have four Tori wigs (including one fall). I absolutely love them all, and get complimented all the time on them! The hair is beautiful and holds all the different sets that I try out. The staff at Tori are super sweet and very pleasant to deal with and they have amazing customer service!! I would recommend getting a Tori to anyone who asks, and can't wait to get my fifth 😉

This was my wig after not washing it for months! First off, the customer service is impeccable! They dealt with all my wining and indecisiveness and were so nice about it! Second, the hair is the perfect mix of course and sleek, course enough to hold the waves for literally MONTHS! And sleek enough for the hair to flow freely and look and feel incredible. I absolutely love my tori, it is my fourth wig, and my absolute favorite. I am the biggest tori fan!!!!

I wish i could give less than 1 star but i cant. I spent over $2000 on my tori and from day one even right after a wash it looked like a birds nest i took it back so many times and i was always promised this different treatment will work. The owner was nasty and got all rude and in my face when she found out the week before i saw her partner about the same wig because she wasnt available. She looked at the wig and retorted back who washed this it feels terrible, i felt so good when i was able to respond you! last week 🙂 i fought and fought and walked out with a new wig which was no better. If i based my wig wearing on tori i would have stopped wearing wigs. Horrible wig with an even nastier owner

I love my Tori overall. The hait quality is great and I get a lot of compliments on how natural it looks. Love it air dried or styled
