Bought 2 wigs 6 months ago and I waited to give a review though my experience was phenomenal .I wanted to see how the wigs hold up and I have to say they are both magnificent .They are extremely comfortable .I never had wigs fit me this way and the cut and color are phenomenal .It's a place with lots of choices and they spend time with you which for me is of utmost importance .

I can't say enough great things about my experience with my purchase of a wig by Shuly wigs TEveryone was so accommodating and patient with me I got a gorgeous lacetop wig that looks incredible .The fit is super comfortable and the hair so silky.Im so happy with the cut too .Mostly I felt that they listened to what my expectations were and followed thru .They get 10 stars from me .Starring to use them as my go to place for wash and sets as well .

The best of the best .Always love going in the selection of wigs is gorgeous and the staff amazing .I'm hooked for life .Tks everyone at Shuly wigs .You have made the wig buying experience fun and exciting .

Bought a wig from them over a year and a half ago and I have to say it's the best wig I have ever owned .I waited to give a review in order to see how the wig wears as many times I've bought wigs and initially they looked great but very quickly they lost shine and color I've been wearing this wig on a daily basis and it looks as great as when I first purchased it .I'm very satisfied with the wig and I think that the staff is incredible. Will be a returning customer .

I bought a Shuly Wig a month ago and decided to give a review simply for the fact that I was blown away by the amazing way I was treated .I made an appointment to see wigs and during the appointment I did not feel rushed at all .The stylist was extremely patient and knowledgeable and helped me out as I am a first time wig wearer .We chose a wig together and I've been wearing it for a month now and its so comfortable and natural looking on me .I'm going for another wig and I'm looking forward .

Just purchased my third Shuly wig as I find that the hair on my Shuly wigs is lasting me longer then my other wigs from 2 other wig companies I bought from. I love that they service the wig from start to finish .I love the stylist he has created some great looks for me and I even brought them 2 unwearable wigs that I bought before I found Shuly and they saved them for me .The stylist is amazing and I always feel welcome .

Ridiculously priced and horrid aftercare service- non at all! i was promised the hair is virgin European blah blah and im getting the best- my wig looks like a horses tail- literally synthetic!

Worst worst customer service ever. Came to buy a wig from out of town and was given literally 5 minutes to choose and decide. The sales girls had no clue about the hai rquality nor did they know if the hair is processed etc. I was promised that the one and only one i tried on was the one and i wont find nicer or better. Horrid customer service. I came in for my cut and because i suffer from hair loss, felt uncomfortable sitting with my almost bold head exposed and they didnt even offer me a head covering or option to wear a wig of their own whilst they blow my shuly. they were like oh dont worry youre not the only one. i felt humiiated and horrified sitting like that with no other option. i would not recommend ever buying there. the hair itself was almost synthetic. i came home to show my family they were mortified that the price i paid was literally a scam! DO NOT BUY THERE YOUR WIG!! STICK TO A COMPANY THAT WILL VALIDATE AND TREAT YOU RESPECTFULLY AND NOT RIP YOU OFF!!!!

I bought a Shuly a few years ago. I was told I was buying South American hair and I was told it will hold the waves and styles better (and price was obviously much better than their European hair lines). I didn't expect the same quality as unprocessed Euro hair but this wig is like horse hair. I wore it once week on Shabbos for only a few hours but from the moment I put it on, it knotted like crazy in the back and got all frizzy. I hardly get a few wears out of it and have to take to someone to wash it. I went to a few different sheitle machers who washed and styled the wig for me and they all say that it's pretty bad hair. It looks decent right after they do it, but as soon as I put it on my head, it gets knotty and frizzy again.
Do' not waste your money. It's horse hair.

I have a Shuly that's a year and a half old. When I first got it it looked nice. However the hair falls out like crazy. I maintain it very well and take good care of it and the cap is starting to show all over. It doesn't look like a good quality wig to be honest. It is very comfortable but does slide around even with velvet bands. It has the ability to look good if I spend a lot of money and time on it by adding hair, coloring and styling it. The hair doesn't hold a curl at all so it needs extra TLC. I live out of town so every time I sent it in to Shuly within the first year which had a warranty, I had to pay around $100 in shipping fees, there and back, and the wig didn't come back looking much better. Im not even sure what to do with it at this point because it's starting to look pretty bad on.

I did not end up buying a shetl here, and their customer service is mainly the reason why. I made an appt, came in from out of state and got exactly three minutes of undivided attention the entire 30 min I was there. I left much earlier than anticipated because I was sick of trying to get the shetl macher to pay attention to me. I brought my non-Jewish friend with me, and she asked me afterward if it's normal for frum Jews to act that way. I did find a wig that was a pretty good fit, but the sales person barely wanted to take time with me to help me feel comfortable with the very big purchase and answer my questions. I felt guilty for taking her time away. Maybe I looked like I wasn't wealthy enough to buy a wig (which is not true, I definitely was seriously considering it), no matter what, I would only send people there with a warning of what to expect. Yes, nice selection, nice hair, nice caps, poor service.

I got my first Shuly not too long ago. I am a blonde so as you all know a nice blonde is difficult to come by. I went into Shuly and right away the sales girl, who is so sweet, told me she has the perfect wig for me and she was right! It was the perfect blonde with the perfect color rooting. It was exactly what I was looking for! I wanted to walk out with it and they were so accommodating about that. The stylist had me sit to make sure the length was good for me and touched it up to my face. It was the fastest and best wig purchase I have ever made! I got so many compliments that I went back a month later to get another wig. Right away the same sales girl showed me another piece which was identical and again I was able to walk out with my second dream wig. I have never experience such amazing service in all my years of wearing wigs. I would 100% recommend them to everyone I know

I go through tons of wigs, many that I have bought at wig sales. The one wig that has lasted me over 6 years that I still wear every day is my Shuly. I just feel pretty in it. It was stretched out and they just fixed it for me. I am making a bar mitzvah iyh in 2 months and I just bought 2 more wigs at the 50% off Shuly sale...for really great prices! They came out beautiful! I have to say I got great service and they really helped me while I changed my mind many times. They were very patient and accomodating. I would definitely recommend Shuly as my favorite brand wig.

DO NOT BUY A SHULY! i had bought a wig not knowing they had a mega sale a day before. i was given one option of a wig and promised that it was their best virgin hair. not only was it the worst wig ever, i literally have to do it every week. its dry and discussing

Covering my hair was never easy for me- I never wore bangs as a single girl and all of a sudden I am supposed to rock it!? For six years I was desperate to find something that made me feel like I was looking at myself. I went to shulys for an iband as I had heard they have the fullest ones. I was rejected by other companies telling me the iband isnt for me being that I have a deep widows peak. Shulys staff worked patiently and diligently with me tracing my hairline onto the iband and filling in baby hairs. They worked endlessly with me until I got the piece that I had envisioned. They were accommodating with all of my needs. I am so happy with my final product- it is my favorite piece that I own. For my next Shaitel I will be shopping at shulys.

Love my new Shuly wig .Its has a natural wave and I wash it myself and air dry it .It's what they call wash and go and its the best wig I have ever worn .It looks incredible and has the same texture as my own hair .Love it.
