User: 1%1%ShiraI Bought a shevy and two weeks later it started losing hair and was terribly uncomfortable frizzy ! When I went back I was disgusted with the way they treated me as they said you bought it and it's probably your fault!!! Never go to her!

User: 1%1%MBBoth my shevy wigs are awful. Limp, processed hair. And customer service at Shevy is abysmal.

User: 1%1%Vered KashaniShevy- a wig that is priced like a Rolls- Royce, has the quality of a used Toyota and a customer service of ISIS were your satisfaction is "guaranteed" or else!
My Shaytel would tangled in the back immediately after purchasing it. I asked for a refund and was told to send it for a "repair". When I argued that a brand new Sheitel should not need to be "repaired", they hung up the phone on me. I had no choice but to send it. After a six weeks of "repair" I got the Sheitel back in a worse condition than it was. After 38 email exchanges (most of them between me and myself as Shevy personals are busy probably assisting other costumers or laughing all the way to the bank) phone calls in which they once again hang up the phone on me, much begging and crying , I was offered to send the Sheitel for yet another "repair". My husband just said forget it and donate it to someone but I can't think of anyone I hate so much to give them a Shevy.
If you have to sell a kidney or one of your kids on eBay to purchase this worthless piece of garbage (as opposed to a valuable piece of garbage) PLEASE DON'T BUY A SHEVY. If you have a surplus of money and looking for a place to dump it, please contact me. but PLEASE DON'T BUY A SHEVY. Worst people to deal with and do not stand behind their "product" (If you can call this lame excuse of a Sheitel a "product")Was this comment helpful to you?Rivka

User: 1%1%RivkaI was young and naive and newly engaged when I walked into Shevy. At first the atmosphere seemed nice, Shevy herself assisted me in helping pick out a custom wig. She asked what style I was thinking of having it cut and I pointed to one of the stylists that worked there with a full bangs cut. When I came back for my cutting appointment, literally everything went to h*ll. "Antonio" pre-cut my wig off my head, so that when I got there, I was left with a lopsided cut and super full bangs that were too heavy. I complained but Shevy sweet talked me into saying Antonio is the BEST cutter and I was lucky he cut it for me. REALLY? I paid $2800 then for a brand new wig and was treated horribly. I went back shortly after I got married, and was sick of having to wear my wig lopsided, when Shevy herself yelled at me to never set foot in her salon, that all I've done was complain.
I will NEVER walk into a Shevy salon, and as a sheitel macher now, I adamentlly tell people NOT to buy a Shevy wig, for her horrible and atrocious customer service. Aside for that, the hair did not last long at all. Claiming to be virgin and unprocessed, my sheitel oxidized quickly within the first year, and I did not wear it everyday. Bottom line, I would never recommend a Shevy and would advise you to spend your money somewhere that treats their customers with respect.

User: 1%1%IlanaReally do not like my shevy- paid top dollar and it oxidized really fast, it get knotty all the time, and has a ton of split ends, just after 1 year of only wearing it on Shabbos! Would rather get 3 cheap wigs then 1 Shevy.

the hair gets knotted easily
