Love, love, love my Ella. I've had my wig for almost 6 years and it is still just as thick and almost the same color as day one. I love the service too 🙂 It holds a style really well. I don't know what else to say, I'm excited to get another, g-d willing.

LOVE my Ella!! hair is so soft, the style lasts, it's comfortable, and most of all- great customer service. 5 years later, i just got it died (by rosie edelman who's awesome) and added hair (by ella who's awesome) - it's like i have a new shaitel. so sappy

I am on my 4th ella. Got 2 when I got married 16 years ago. One lasted only a year and they didn't do anything to help me with it. The other lasted me 10 years! I paid the same amount for both.
My 3rd lasted 8 years. I love the comfort, hair, fit. But their customer service wasn't gr8. I got a new one last year but this time I took my sheitel macher with. She helped me choose a piece. The hair kept knotting and I kept bringing it back to my sheitel macher who dealt directly with them until they finally got it right. 8 months later. But now I have a beautiful piece. Been we a ring it for 6 months now and there's no more of the knotting. I never had to deal directly with them for the issues this time and didn't pay an extra penny for the fixing. I lI've the comfort, lightness, look, fit.....
