Orna is a true tzadeeket!
She is the sweetest sheital macher you will ever meet!
She stands behind her product. That being said, her product is not high quality. It is cheap hair that hasn't lasted me a year! I bought 3 (!) wigs when I became a kallah- a fall, every day and shabbos sheital. She gave me a package deal for all three. (3,000$) which is very cheap. She worked with me and was very patient with my request.
However, a year and a half later, not one has survived. I love her personally but I would be warned before purchasing. Some people have had success with her quality but I have not been so lucky.

I bought a long sheitel. color 10/12. Very disappointed in the wig quality. It never held a curl for more than two days and was extremely knotty. I just got of this sheitel after wearing it for two years.
