HOLDS AMAZINGLY!!!! I have had my kiki for nearly 2 years now and I am really happy with it. It does frizz up a bit after being worn for a week or two after being washed. but i have gotten so many compliments that I don't think anyone else notices it.

Excellent quality hair and cap. It's a fuller wig but lasts and lasts. I wear my wigs for a good 12+ hours per day and go out in all kinds of weather. My Kiki is money well spent. Never have to think twice, always looks great even after more than 3.5 years. Highly recommend the brand.

I have my kiki for 4 and a half years. Its a curly wig. Used to get very frizzy in the summer and knotty in the winter. But once I switched places where I washed it and got it recut it has been amazing. Air dries well or can be set and holds the set. It hasnt gotten oxidized from the sun at all. It is very light, has less hair than my other wigs but its curly so looks more voluminous. It hasnt really shedded much in the past few years. I never used their customer service so no idea what is like.

Ive had my Kiki over 8 years. I use it for shabbos and special occasions mainly. Its still doing great. it washes well ( i do it myself) dries so nicely and holds its style quite well. It has lightened a bit over time but it still looks natural and close to my (precovering) haircolor. I havent had to dye it yet. I bought it from a local sheital macher and never dealt with their customer service since ive had no problems.

I bought a Kiki when I got married . I love the hair , feels most like my own of any wig I've found . Amazing price for virgin hair . However I gave it to my sister because it was itchy even when I wore it with a band. Also it's very thick on top so it didn't lay flat enough to look natural on me . It's perfect though for those who like a lot of height and volume . another thing that bothered me was that even though it was long in back it had short layers in the front which is what falls forward over my shoulders . Its a shame because I really love the hair and wish I could have made it work .

I bought my Kiki almost four years ago, and it is still the same, high quality, beautiful sheitel that I paid for, and going strong! I wore it as my Shabbos sheitel for two and a half years, then transitioned it to daily wear after my old weekday sheitel konked out. I bought it out of town through a local sheitel macher, so I never had to deal directly with the company itself (hence the neutral rating on customer service). That being said, I love my Kiki and recommend this brand to all my friends. It still holds a style like no other sheitel I've had šŸ™‚

I have my Kiki for 2 and a half years now. At the beginning I loved it, it suited me like a glove. Recently hairs are falling out and getting knotted. However on the whole it's a great wig, I can do whatever I want with it, have it curly, straight, wavy, up dos etc. I never needed customer services so didn't experience that.

I just love my Kiki! My sheitel macher has a great relationship with Kiki and she gets the best quality pieces. The hair is AMAZING and the fit is yummy. My last Kiki is 6 years also and still ticking. The new Kiki I just got is of superior quality than the old Kiki. I am so pleased that I spent the money. It is worth it. For a second cheaper wig I bought a Reena: It's around $2000 made by a small private company with limited production. They are not mass produced so each piece is hand picked and excellent value.

Got 3 Kiki wigs when I got married in the $2k-$3k price range. Two out of the three were pure garbage, they didn't fit the wig well on my head and the hair kept falling out until I had bald spots. I used an experienced sheitel macher all the time so it definitely wasn't her who made the hair fall out it was simply bad construction of the wig. My other wigs from other companies are way better. One of my Kiki wigs are still good however I don't recommend taking the risk. They did not want to take responsibility when I contacted them. Their service is not something you want to experience.

Their wigs aren't bad but the customer service is TERRIBLE! I do not recommend. When you're spending that much money you need to be assured that someone is standing behind it. At Kiki, if you have a problem it's too bad. Nasty nasty.

I've had 3 Kikis and each one is great. I have never had to dye any (I'm a 4 colour) and they don't lose hair. They hold curls and wash well. They last for at least 4years. I will only buy Kiki because the money saved in not having to dye the hair is a significant saving! I live in Australia so I can't speak about customer service bc I bought them here - but I've never needed any repairs so I guess that speaks about the quality of the wigs

Love my Kiki! šŸ™‚ Got it as a "cheaper option" and I find it to be a much better wig than my other more expensive pieces. Mine holds a great curl, washes well, and is super comfortable. Would highly recommend!
(On a side note, customer service varies greatly depending on where you plan on washing / purchasing your wig - personally, I've only had great experiences!)

I love my Kiki, its so comfortable and light. It colours well too, I just got mine ombred. Only con but this may just be mine is that it does not hold a curl/wave well but that could just be that this particular hair is naturally very straight. Otherwise I am very happy with it and would highly recommend it.

I love my Kiki wig. The hair is smooth and it does not knot easily. It hold curls well. Not only do I wear it almost every day and have it looking great, but it's already a few years old, and still looking great. I would definitely recommend a Kiki to others.

I love my Kiki.
I highly recommend them.
It holds a set very nicely.
I had it highlighted and it took to the color really well.
I have it for 2 years now and Iā€™m just as happy with it now as when I got it.

Thinking of Rating A Wig Company?
When leaving your rating or review, please consider the following things:

At Shaytell, we value honesty above all else. Please make sure you have actually had an experience with a specific company before rating them. (This does not mean you had to purchase a wig. It could have been a consultation, a phonecall, a meeting, etc., but you should be commenting on a personal interaction.)

We encourage all reviews: good and bad. We just want you to write about it in a calm way. Try and keep language professional, and think about your review as a means of guiding someone else toward the best company rather than bashing a company you may have had a negative experience with.

Pictures are great. Your review will have most impact if you can show people what you loved or hated about your experience with that vendor!
