I have my kiki for 4 and a half years. Its a curly wig. Used to get very frizzy in the summer and knotty in the winter. But once I switched places where I washed it and got it recut it has been amazing. Air dries well or can be set and holds the set. It hasnt gotten oxidized from the sun at all. It is very light, has less hair than my other wigs but its curly so looks more voluminous. It hasnt really shedded much in the past few years. I never used their customer service so no idea what is like.

I have my Kiki for 2 and a half years now. At the beginning I loved it, it suited me like a glove. Recently hairs are falling out and getting knotted. However on the whole it's a great wig, I can do whatever I want with it, have it curly, straight, wavy, up dos etc. I never needed customer services so didn't experience that.

I love my Kiki wig. The hair is smooth and it does not knot easily. It hold curls well. Not only do I wear it almost every day and have it looking great, but it's already a few years old, and still looking great. I would definitely recommend a Kiki to others.

Great hair! Great quality. I had two Kiki wigs one after the other and wore them both for around 3-4 years and was very happy!

I've had my Kiki for a little over a year now. I chose to go with a Kiki for my first wig because my hair is naturally more thin, and it was one of the few that did not look "overdone" or too thick on me. The hair quality is great, it's as comfortable as a wig could be, and it has lasted me pretty well until now. The only cons I'd say is that it gets pretty knotty, I have to brush it quite often, and after the summer it turned pretty red--I had it re-dyed but it did not return to it's original ashy-brown color. The one expereince I had with their direct customer service line was not so pleasant, the individual I spoke to was unprofessional, however I wouldn't say that's a reason not to get a Kiki, just make sure the seller you purchase it from will have good service. Overall--I'm very happy with my Kiki and would recommend it to anyone looking for a more natural, silky look.

Thinking of Rating A Wig Company?
When leaving your rating or review, please consider the following things:

At Shaytell, we value honesty above all else. Please make sure you have actually had an experience with a specific company before rating them. (This does not mean you had to purchase a wig. It could have been a consultation, a phonecall, a meeting, etc., but you should be commenting on a personal interaction.)

We encourage all reviews: good and bad. We just want you to write about it in a calm way. Try and keep language professional, and think about your review as a means of guiding someone else toward the best company rather than bashing a company you may have had a negative experience with.

Pictures are great. Your review will have most impact if you can show people what you loved or hated about your experience with that vendor!
