I purchased the wig and within the first week I did not to wear it, just felt it out. I right away sensed that there was something wrong with the hair...it was extremely frizzy - not the way a wavy wig is was supposed to be. Customer service was great in the sense that she agreed to take the shaitel back...however she charged me for selling it. I appreciated her taking it back, but if there's a defect (and I know for that for a fact being that when I went back half a year later it was still there and I was told it wasn't sold and company needs to fix it) then I shouldn't be the one to lose out. I already lost by cutting the wig right away (not expecting there to be an issue). I heard great things about the wig, but honestly I'm turned off by the experience to buy another

Thinking of Rating A Wig Company?
When leaving your rating or review, please consider the following things:

At Shaytell, we value honesty above all else. Please make sure you have actually had an experience with a specific company before rating them. (This does not mean you had to purchase a wig. It could have been a consultation, a phonecall, a meeting, etc., but you should be commenting on a personal interaction.)

We encourage all reviews: good and bad. We just want you to write about it in a calm way. Try and keep language professional, and think about your review as a means of guiding someone else toward the best company rather than bashing a company you may have had a negative experience with.

Pictures are great. Your review will have most impact if you can show people what you loved or hated about your experience with that vendor!
