i bought a wig from milano 2 years ago, i had the WORST customer service you can possibly imagine, they made me pay for the wig to be fixed only after a few weeks since the hair kept knotting and shedding so terribly, since then i've had to put in a lot of money to keep it from looking like a mop. NEVER AGAIN !

Had a bad experience with Milano, the wig kept knotting and they wouldn't fix it unless I covered the cost. It was a brand new wig. I ended up having to turn it into a hat fall and have not gone back since.

I would give a zero star rating if I was able to. I purchased my wig in someone's house so maybe I had a horrible experience with that specific saleswoman but she was very snobby and completely unhelpful with my purchase. The wig hair was terrible. Super processed and different textures. The hair kept on falling out. I will never buy a Milano wig again. And I won't be afraid to tell my friends bec I wish someone had warned me before about purchasing from Milano

I was extremely upset with my Milano wig. I didn't know much about sheitel when I bought it and the lady made me buy something that had nothing with what I needed.

Bad customer service. Hair knotting and hair falls out.
