Freeda did it again with a beautiful Katrina Long this time.
Shneur always helps me and never fails me.
During this sale, I ordered this and a Rina.
The hair on this sheitel is like butter and so fine and soft.
Another winner!

Probably the best wig I've ever owned. The hair is silky in texture. It has lasted over 11 years and I just recently retired it because the cut is dated and the hair is oxidized (but is still silky soft.)

The Liberty wig arrived yesterday and I am very happy with her.

She is sized perfectly and is an ideal length. The only change I

expect to make is eye shadow shading at the part to give some

depth. Rina 2 has been trimmed to create a tighter bob cut.

She looks fantastic. Rina 1 is calling out for attention. She likes

spiral curls created with a roller at the base and then loose braids.

Very lovely. My purchases from your company have been satisfying,

and by buying the discounted wigs I really got 3 for the price of one.

I don't need to use heat tools or styling products to achieve

perfect results. Less wear and tear on the hair = longer life/happy wig.

Also, your service and kindness to a girl brand new to wigs has been so good, and I appreciate the kindness in that as well.

I have had many interactions with Freeda after not being happy with another macher. This sheitel is beautiful. I got it on sale and it is a Rina. I decided to go red and boy do I love it! I wish I could post more pictures because this fits so beautifully, feels like it isn't there and doesn't damage my hair. I had the velvet liner installed and it is just perfection. Freeda stands behind their products and are just wonderful to work with during purchasing. I had many pictures sent to me before I chose my favorite. I love this so much! Awesome company and quality products.

Top quality, comfortable wigs - my favorite wig company !
They also go out of their way to please their customers. I have never experienced such excellent customer service, delivered with a smile. The staff truly want their customers to be fully satisfied.
I wish every wig company treated their customers this way !

My Freeda Danya is a beautifully made sheitel with the most realistic look of all my units. The curls are so natural and not frizzy in the least. I love this so much that I want to invest in getting the longer Danya. I missed the sale before Pesach 🙁 I will just have to wait for that next opportunity to get the longer Danya. I also have a Rina and hat fall. Some of the discounted pieces oxidize rather quickly (I have a few of those) and tend not to have the quality of hair that the regular product does. Nonetheless, the price on the discounted pieces are well worth giving them a try. The customer service is excellent. I was sent several pictures via email before I purchased and they even took the sheitels to different lighting so I could get a sense of which to choose since I am in Florida.

I LOVE Freeda Wigs & their website. I have been wearing them for over 10 years. The wigs I bought have beautiful hair, great fit & last long. I finally gave away my 10 year old wig because I was tired of wearing it. It still was in great condition. I have started buying from their website. It is easy to order from, returns are simple & promptly taken care of & their service is wonderful!!!!!!

I have alopecia and have been researching and experimenting with wigs for a few months as my natural hair has become too thin to style properly. The Freeda Friends wig in size small was the ONLY wig I tried that looked and felt natural and beautiful right out of the package (even compared to MUCH more expensive wigs like Follea). My husband immediately complimented it and said it looked completely natural.

I love the wefted back (can be pinned!), the natural skin top (hidden knots!), and the way the hair lays flat and can be styled behind my ears and away from my face. My natural hair has always laid quite flat, and every other wig I have tried has looked strange and poofy or bumpy around my narrow face. I will wear this wig without the combs but with a WiGrip band to secure it and protect my hair.

When experimenting with many other wigs, I knew I would have to modify them significantly to make them fit and look more natural. I also wondered how I would possibly have the courage to start wearing a wig out and about. Within an hour of putting on my Freeda Friends for the first time, a neighbor came to my door. I didn't even think twice about answering with my new wig on my head, even though I've never worn a wig before! My neighbor, who I know very well, didn't even look twice.

I highly recommend Freeda Friends style wig! It was very reasonably priced for the quality in the Sale tab online.

love love love! I started out with a Freeda wig in 2009 and have since gone back for another, and a hat fall. my wigs are like a part of me now. I go back to the showroom in brooklyn whenever i can to spruce them up and restyle as i please. I find them comfortable, easy, and very beautiful. I especially appreciate their customer service. five stars for sure!

Disclaimer: I work for Freeda wigs , however this is my unbiased review .
When I started working at Freeda I was not planning to wear a wig . Immediately I noticed how nice all the other employees and clients looked, perhaps it was for vain reasons but I decided to wear a wig.

I thought I had an advantage over other kallahs . But I too made the same wig mistakes as all others . I never wore my first wig because I hated the cut. (Obviously not a reflection on the wig.)

Most of my wigs are long and behave like European hair, i.e. reacting to weather , or some knotting at the nape when wearing a sweater etc. , which can be annoying . I've had to remove hair from the hairline and had it sewn in a different direction . I went through all the small alterations that most people do when purchasing a new wig.

I've colored my wigs numerous times , and haven't been gentle. I've done the ombré trend, the rooting trend and my wigs take color beautifully .
The hair takes curls nicely , holds a set nicely and I get compliments everytime I wear them.
My friend said "you can run a Freeda over with a truck and it still would be in perfect shape". It's exactly what I feel.
My wigs are sturdy and well made.
I love my wigs , they are irreplaceable .

And of course I think our customer service is top 😉 , that's me.

I got my wig 5 years ago, it's the Mimi style from Freeda. It's the perfect blonde, they did amazing rooting for me, and the hair is perfect. My next wig will definitely be from freeda.

I love my Freedas. I have 4 of them. 2 I bought right when I got married (8 years ago) and I've gotten another two over the years. I'm getting great use out of all , even my first ones. The hair is soft, very high quality, and the cap is extremely comfortable.

So I've read all these reviews. The Freeda I have was the first wig I ever bought. It looked great the day it was cut and since then the maintenance has been beyond horrific. I blame the stylist (not someone from Freeda) because the wig is a Dorothy and is essentially a straight wig and was cut to be flippy and shaggy. But it can't hold a curl and I never expected to work so hard at a wig. The Freeda people have been more than helpful being receptive to making me happy but the stylist has been completely uninterested. I took matters into my own hands and got it colored locally and now wear it over my hair with my own hair coming out of the bottom which makes it so much better. I have to curl it multiple times a month just to wear it, the quality seems nice but the whole experience has left me cold. I'd love to sell it! To someone who doesn't want a modern feel to it but a more matronly look. It was the wrong wig for the style. 🙁

I have had three Freedas so far- two full wigs and one fall. I am not sure why I even went back after the first wig! The prices were very expensive, the hair on all three bleached very quickly, all got terrible split ends within the first six months, and I had to "retire" each priece within three years of purchase. Considering I spent $2000+ per wig, they should have lasted more than three years each. I went back several times to have the pieces fixed- more hair sown in, cap taken in,etc. service was ok but I was never thrilled with the wig even after it was fixed. I have sworn off Freedas and have found much better alternatives since!

I got a straight freeda fall when i got married. The hair was really nice. It didn't hold a curl well, but it is a straight wig... overall, 7 years later and it's definitely not in top shape. I think they're a little pricey, but definitely not a bad value.

I bought my first sheital ever from Freeda. It was marked down from 3,200 to 1,850. They told me the reason was because it was a pre-cut and they were changing the cap style so all old caps were on sale. For the first couple months it looked great. Then it was awful. The hair was flat and yellowy (from a medium brown) I tried re-dying it but the color faded after a few weeks. It looked like a pancake on my head. It wouldnt hold any teasing/ curling/ blow dry for more than a few hours.

Thinking of Rating A Wig Company?
When leaving your rating or review, please consider the following things:

At Shaytell, we value honesty above all else. Please make sure you have actually had an experience with a specific company before rating them. (This does not mean you had to purchase a wig. It could have been a consultation, a phonecall, a meeting, etc., but you should be commenting on a personal interaction.)

We encourage all reviews: good and bad. We just want you to write about it in a calm way. Try and keep language professional, and think about your review as a means of guiding someone else toward the best company rather than bashing a company you may have had a negative experience with.

Pictures are great. Your review will have most impact if you can show people what you loved or hated about your experience with that vendor!
