Posted on 2019-04-11@AnthonyPayneHello there it’s sad to hear about this experience but as a professional cosmetologist I have realized that if your wig has not had a proper cut it could definitely make wearing the wig a challenge. Curly wigs especially have the tendency to knot and frizz faster that straight hair if it’s very dense and basically still a raw piece. Just think of this when you have a new piece all the hair reaches to one point but when you have natural head of hair it have so many various lengths of hair to allow it to swing back and forth without friction. So this wig could really be a blessing for you with the proper dimensional haircut.
Anymore questions about this feel free to ask.

Posted on 2019-04-11Anthony PayneHello Annie, so happy you are having a great experience with the fit and quality of hair on this piece. In response to the color fading, all human hair pieces oxidizes and could be made new with a conditioning color treatment. Meaning you could wear this wig for another three years and not compromising the desired look.
If you have anymore questions about this process feel free to ask.

User: 50%50%AriellaFirst off, I have one curly haired Clary and it is my favorite wig! I can wear it all day and it fits me so well. The hair is soft and the curls are super strong so I don't have to worry about them running out or losing their shape. The wig needs to be washed about once ever 4-5 weeks but that's because I wear it almost every day and it frizzes after week 5.
The only complaint I have is their customer service. I purchased this wig before Pesach and was told it would get to me by a certain date, only to find out that their stock for this wig (the Tony?) was not in their store and some raw pieces were still at various other sheitel machers because they thought their clients wanted them, and the machers never sent the wigs back to them! My wig lady and I called Clary to find out if anyone had mailed their stock back to them yet but they wouldn't answer their phones and kept making up dates that these wigs would get mailed back to them by. I just wanted them to tell me the truth, that's all! So instead of getting the wig in a timely fashion and enough time to get baby hairs put in, I got it a few DAYS before Pesach with no time for extra add ons. Glad I had my sheitel macher to assist me in getting it, otherwise who knows if I would have gotten it at all before Pesach.

User: 50%50%Susan GrossmanI have three Clary's - two wavy and one straighter. I wear the wavy ones to work.
They're very comfortable, natural looking, and I'm able to wash them myself and let them air dry. I got one Clary from Clary and the other two from sheitel macher/storeWas this comment helpful to you?Chaya M

User: 50%50%SarahI chose a Clary because I wanted a natural look similar to my wavy hair but I did not want a frizzy Shaitel and thats what I ended up with. But the shaitel is so lightweight and comfortable! I did the cap enlarged and Clary herself was very helpful with that but the rest of the staff at Clary had really bad customer service .

Posted on 2019-04-11Anthony PayneHello, there are solutions for a frizzy piece, have you heard of a Dimensional Haircut? Curly wigs especially have the tendency to knot and frizz faster that straight hair if it’s very dense and basically still a raw piece. Just think of this when you have a new piece all the hair reaches to one point or length but when you have natural head of hair it have so many various lengths of hair to allow it to swing back and forth without friction. A dimensional haircut goes into the interior of the hair to mimic the flow of a natural head of hair on a wig.

User: %%AlexandraI got this piece looking for something that was similar to my textured wavy/curly hair. Nothing is ever exactly the same as your own hair but this wig's texture is very similar to my own (for the good and bad). For instance it dread locks by the nape of my neck, but it doesn't bother me because I expected it before purchasing. I just brush it before or after every wear to get out those tangles and re-wet and scrunch as necessary. When I first got it some of the ends were split or dry, but again that didn't bother me because I expected it with the type of hair that it is and knowing that my real hair is the same. Over time the dry ends have stayed the same, but not worsened. It hasn't gotten to the point that I've needed any special treatment for it yet. Depending on the weather and how I style it, the hair reacts differently. This hair has "life" of its own. But I really appreciate that it is not lifeless and boring. I can style it myself and feel confident working with the hair. I don't have to worry about getting it washed and set and styled perfectly because it has a very natural look. Even when I think it's messy or very dirty I get compliments. As far as comfort, I had to have the ears of the cap moved up because it was too low for me, especially with my glasses. Now, it fits like a glove. Customer service was good for what little I needed, but I'm not sure how much was directly through them as opposed to my Sheitel Macher including things. I have had it a year and a half now and it is still holding up despite children yanking on it and a lot of wear. I have had to re-root it once about 11 months after purchasing and fully dyed it once recently. So the color held for a good amount of time in my opinion. I was wearing it outdoors quite a bit. Overall it was a great value compared to similar wigs I have seen. It is well worth the price and I plan to definitely buy another Clary in the future.

Posted on 2019-04-11@AnthonyPayneHello, I’m happy to hear you are realistic with you approach to a human hair piece. Did you also know that all human hair becomes weak and splits at some point? This causes a disease called trichoptilosis that frays and continues to split up the hair shaft until there is nothing left or it is cut with a pair of shears. I have created a dimensional haircut that treats this disease without altering the length or shape of the piece. Meaning your human hair piece could feel like new again.
If you have anymore questions about a Dimensional Haircut please ask.

User: 1%1%KarenIf I was looking for textured hair maybe I would have liked the sheitle... but I didn't realize that's what I was getting. I wanted a sleek straight sheitle and got a frizzy very textured sheitle that doesn't hold a style. I had a treatment done to it to make it less frizzy but it is still frizzy and doesn't hold a style. If you want sleek and straight Clary's is not for you. A friend of mine has a gorgeous Clarys though that looks very natural and she's very happy for it. She was looking for a wavy texture and it looks great. That said though, I have to say that the customer service was horrible so I'm not sure I could recommend them to anyone.
