Since I bought it, my Binah has tangled in the front. When freshly done it looks amazing, but otherwise it looks and feels awful. I brought it back to the company multiple times with no improvement. (They also misfitted the cap when purchased and I had to leave it with them for 2 months to change it.) Now it is after a few years of use and the scalp is showing, hair is damaged, and it looks pretty awful. I'm bummed since I put over $3500 into my Binah and hoped to get more use out of it.

Bina basic is like buying a shaitel that should cost $500 but instead for $1500-$2000. Beware. The hair is bad quality, and they are thin!!!

Ive purchased two binahs and havent had luck. The first "virgin curly" oxidized within the first year, curls came out and made it much longer then I purchased it at. The multi directional also doesnt go far back, it stops after obly 3 inches and does not look natural. The second was sold to me "on sale" half off but theres no way it was originally $2300 for a bob length wig. The hair was uneven and very thin. The multi directional had the same problem as the first. Im very unhappy with both binahs. Will not buy again

Does not hold a setting and their custom service is terrible - they hardly back anything, see the policies on their counter before you buy your wig.

Thinking of Rating A Wig Company?
When leaving your rating or review, please consider the following things:

At Shaytell, we value honesty above all else. Please make sure you have actually had an experience with a specific company before rating them. (This does not mean you had to purchase a wig. It could have been a consultation, a phonecall, a meeting, etc., but you should be commenting on a personal interaction.)

We encourage all reviews: good and bad. We just want you to write about it in a calm way. Try and keep language professional, and think about your review as a means of guiding someone else toward the best company rather than bashing a company you may have had a negative experience with.

Pictures are great. Your review will have most impact if you can show people what you loved or hated about your experience with that vendor!
