Ita Karsenti Wigs

I love, love, love, my Ita wig. after four years i did add hair to it but I have this wig for 5 1/2 years already and it is still my favorite wig, still going strong!! It looks so natural, I still get compliments on my wig! I bought it from a sheitel macher not directly from Ita Karsenti so I can't speak of any personal experiences in that area.

I have been wearing Ita wigs for the past 7 years. They are beautifully constructed and the hair is very smooth and natural. The costumer service I received was excellent t and I received my wigs without any issues. I have different style wigs from curly to straight as well as a switch top and they are all holding up very nicely. I wear them all the time and on a daily basis and the hair is still beautiful. I get numerous compliments and would only buy wigs from ita????

I needed a wig- I wanted a different look but wasn t sure of what would suit me . Someone sent me to Ita. She helped me from A to Z. And she helped me with such a smile and so much patience . The wig turned out beautiful . The hair is soft and wavy she even put an ombre in it for me . I literally dont take it off my head I live in it! I have gotten tons of compliments and still get them daily. I have sent friends to Ita and they all have stunning wigs too now! go Ita!

I have had ita wigs for years now . They are over the top! I get compliments non stop! There so natural and easy to wash and wear ( if i can manage so can all of you) . My priority when buying a sheitl is the wig should be super easy in maintenance and wearable in all weather conditions - europe tends to be unpredictable and very rainy and windy!
I have bought curly - wavy and hair with body -The hair is beautiful and the service is the best i ve had anywhere! Its a shame i can only wear one at a time and only have one head!
If you ask me for my recommendation there s Ita Karsenti or Ita Karsenti!

I have ita wigs for over 8 years. They are perfect!!! Everywhere i go i get compliments on them and everyone thinks they are new... The hair is beautiful, the service is like v.i.p for each and each lady! Ita is graet and i dont have even one bad thing to say about her and her wigs, i am very satisfied with my wigs and enjoy them every day. I would buy again only by ita and I recommend on her totally.

I purchased the switch top about 5 years ago. The fall piece was very frizzy and I had to send it back to be fixed. That took a long time! It has very little volume or umph and while the hair has held up well I would not buy one of these wigs again.

I bought a wig from Ita Karsenti in Givat Shaul 4 years ago. The hair quality is very nice however I have had MULTIPLE bad experiences there, ranging from going to pick up my wig from being dyed before flying overseas for a family wedding and being told they forgot to dye it and it was still sitting in the same pile they threw it into 2 weeks earlier, then not answering my phone calls the day I was flying when they still had my wig.

Overall bad experiences and would not return there for the complete lack of customer service especially for the price you are paying there.
