Rochi Lipskier wigs were my first when I was naive. I bought two of them - knotted terribly and hair fell out immediately. After very little wear over a year both wigs are non-wearable , can see the net, hardly any hair, very thin. Customer service was lousy - she doesnt speak english well enough so i was left communicating through my husband who speaks hebrew. It's a hassle getting your sheitel to israel adn back, nobody to talk to. A few of my siblings bought at the same time I did, nobody is happy with their wigs - no body, fell flat, will not hold a setting, and all had serious knotting issues. And nobody got any customer service. money in the garbage, dont get taken for a ride like we did.

Thinking of Rating A Wig Company?
When leaving your rating or review, please consider the following things:

At Shaytell, we value honesty above all else. Please make sure you have actually had an experience with a specific company before rating them. (This does not mean you had to purchase a wig. It could have been a consultation, a phonecall, a meeting, etc., but you should be commenting on a personal interaction.)

We encourage all reviews: good and bad. We just want you to write about it in a calm way. Try and keep language professional, and think about your review as a means of guiding someone else toward the best company rather than bashing a company you may have had a negative experience with.

Pictures are great. Your review will have most impact if you can show people what you loved or hated about your experience with that vendor!
