So frustrated with my experience- bought a gorgeous wig from a distributor in Canada and two wears in (not even 2 weeks later) thick orange streaks appeared in the back of my blonde wig....after sending it back to Sary and patiently waiting two months to get it back, not only did they not fix my wig, they just nicely distributed the orange amongst the entire wig and at this point, the woman I dealt with, claims they refuse to take any responsibility or to properly help me out claiming it's a perfectly fine wig..So sad as I was initially so please with my purchase 🙁 what a dissapointment

Terrible customer service in Lakewood location. Lay that's in the front and picks up the phone was very rude. I am a new kallah and need help with choosing a sheitel. This lady was impatient with me and did not allow me to try on certain sheitels. At the end she was "surprised" that I even purchased a sheitel. Would not recommend even if they may have comfortable pieces. I need another sheitel and would not even consider going here just because of the poor customer service. Buying a sheitel for the first time is nerve wrecking as it is.

I have my sary wig for 3 months, knots at the back, hair fallen out near hairline at front so have to add at my expense, and colour gone ashy and off colour. Have to colour at my own expense too. Not happy at all. Not good quality
