User: 50%50%RuthySo I've read all these reviews. The Freeda I have was the first wig I ever bought. It looked great the day it was cut and since then the maintenance has been beyond horrific. I blame the stylist (not someone from Freeda) because the wig is a Dorothy and is essentially a straight wig and was cut to be flippy and shaggy. But it can't hold a curl and I never expected to work so hard at a wig. The Freeda people have been more than helpful being receptive to making me happy but the stylist has been completely uninterested. I took matters into my own hands and got it colored locally and now wear it over my hair with my own hair coming out of the bottom which makes it so much better. I have to curl it multiple times a month just to wear it, the quality seems nice but the whole experience has left me cold. I'd love to sell it! To someone who doesn't want a modern feel to it but a more matronly look. It was the wrong wig for the style. 🙁

User: 35%35%AdrianneI have had three Freedas so far- two full wigs and one fall. I am not sure why I even went back after the first wig! The prices were very expensive, the hair on all three bleached very quickly, all got terrible split ends within the first six months, and I had to "retire" each priece within three years of purchase. Considering I spent $2000+ per wig, they should have lasted more than three years each. I went back several times to have the pieces fixed- more hair sown in, cap taken in,etc. service was ok but I was never thrilled with the wig even after it was fixed. I have sworn off Freedas and have found much better alternatives since!
