User: 2%2%GabriellaI have two beautiful pieces from him. His work is incredible. The wig itself is comfortable and very natural. I had beautiful hair so when I got married I asked him to replicate it. He did such a great job that people often ask me if I'm wearing a wig at all. ( and I do not even take hair out) This is a testament to his fantastic workmanship. BUT- he is absolutely horrible with customer service. Especially, if you don't live in New York or the other big cities he frequents. He is completely unprofessional, unorganized and absolutely flying all over the place, but his work is impeccable.

User: 25%25%ChayaI own 2 wigs by David each for about 5 years. Overall I'm very happy with the colors and hair etc. The only downside is his customer service. He's very rough and quick and only in New York about once every other month or so and its always packed. If you're someone who knows what they want and very decisive, you shouldn't have a problem buying a David wig, but if you're going to need someone to help you through the process it may be tough to buy here.

Thinking of Rating A Wig Company?
When leaving your rating or review, please consider the following things:At Shaytell, we value honesty above all else. Please make sure you have actually had an experience with a specific company before rating them. (This does not mean you had to purchase a wig. It could have been a consultation, a phonecall, a meeting, etc., but you should be commenting on a personal interaction.)
We encourage all reviews: good and bad. We just want you to write about it in a calm way. Try and keep language professional, and think about your review as a means of guiding someone else toward the best company rather than bashing a company you may have had a negative experience with.
Pictures are great. Your review will have most impact if you can show people what you loved or hated about your experience with that vendor!
