I've had two Bella's for around a year and I'm a huge fan! I appreciate that the hair is soft but still coarse enough to hold a set (for a while!) I've experienced what I would say is typical shedding, minimal and mainly when I brush out the spot that's against my neck. The cap is super comfy, no problems with that and it fits nicely. I also enjoy the coloring of the wigs, and that mine had natural rooting. (looking to update the color though, hope it goes well!). Even while waiting at the sheitel salon, I had multiple women come and ask me what company my wig was because it looked so nice. I use argan oil on my wigs every 2 weeks so I hope that aids the lifespan, but they seem to be doing well so far--only a few split ends here and there. I received fantastic customer service with my Bella's at Mika's in CLE, and Zlata's Wigs in Crown Heights! Very happy with the wig and the price point!

I have two of these; for the price they are a great value. The hair is nice, the fit is more comfortable than the wig I paid twice as much for, and they hold a style very well.

I have had my Bella wig for about 2 1/2 years. I am very happy with it. It was way less then other brands of the same length and it has stood up very well over the years. A few days ago someone asked me if it was a new wig! When I purchased it the hair was coming out a ton so I sent it to be strengthened. It was free but I was without the wig for a month. Would buy a Bella again!

I bought my Bella almost two years ago and have been very happy with it so far. It was very affordable and not outrageously priced like other wig companies. As a newlywed, I was hesitant to make any big changes - cut, color, style - to the wig until I was sure that I really wanted to. About a year after wearing the wig regularly, I decided that I wanted to change around the front a bit and brought it back to the woman who sold it to me. She was so pleasant and kind and even though it was a year later, she took the wig back no problem to make the changes I wanted. After getting the front completely redone - baby hair, height added - I honestly say that I love! this wig and get so many compliments on it when I wear it. The hair is not of the silkiest or finest quality but I find that precisely because of that it holds a set much better and the texture makes it look so much more natural and akin to real hair. I wear the cap with the additional hooks in place but only because of an unfortunate one time experience with a less than stellar wig dresser who completely stretched out the cap. The cap DID fit properly when I first bought it but to have it stretch out that much after just one-not-so-great wash was a bit surprising and disappointing. I don't find that a lot of hair falls out when it is washed, which is great, and it has retained its fullness so far. Although I like to get it set in a more glamorous style, I have washed the wig myself and the hair air dried beautifully and naturally. All in all, my wig was a great buy and I would definitely recommend this company to other wig wearers!

I've had my Bella for 2 years now and I love it so much! I bought it in CH and it was really such a pleasant experience. I wasn't happy with my 1st one and I was easily able to switch it out for one that I loved. I live out of town and The Sheital macher I bought it from shipped me different options in order to find the best one for me. I wear it on shabbos and on special occasions not every day. It's not the highest quality but after 2 years it still looks and feels beautiful! And it's super compfy!

Thinking of Rating A Wig Company?
When leaving your rating or review, please consider the following things:

At Shaytell, we value honesty above all else. Please make sure you have actually had an experience with a specific company before rating them. (This does not mean you had to purchase a wig. It could have been a consultation, a phonecall, a meeting, etc., but you should be commenting on a personal interaction.)

We encourage all reviews: good and bad. We just want you to write about it in a calm way. Try and keep language professional, and think about your review as a means of guiding someone else toward the best company rather than bashing a company you may have had a negative experience with.

Pictures are great. Your review will have most impact if you can show people what you loved or hated about your experience with that vendor!
