Had a wonderful experience purchasing a wig from Rivka. She really puts the customer first and makes sure you are completely satisfied with your wig! I have never had such a pleasant non-pressured wig buying experience before.

I have found that most wigs in this price range are of similar quality and texture etc.
I did go back to color the wig for an additional charge, but Rivka is so accommodating and wonderful.

I got my custom lacefront bekawig in September 2014. I paid $1500 plus 250 for the lacefront. Rivka was a pleasure to work with and really helped me get the wig I wanted. She had a one year policy on the wig, which was great to have. I had to go back six months later to tighten the lace since it had loosened a bit, but she was great and was fixed in a few days, no charge!

The hair quality is ok, cannot hold a curl but that's because it's straight hair and not wavy or curly to start with. Seems the wig hair is a bit thin, I might need to add more hair to it in the back since sometimes the cap shows through. The cap sometimes is itchy and the front part hurts my head if worn the "wrong" way. Overall, though, it's my fancy/shabbos/yom tov wig and I love it.
