User: 1%1%MENUCHA Blizinskythe absolute worst costumer service!! had to spend hours waiting for them to even acknowledge me, while i had a set apt.
got a wig and had to send it back twice and visit 3 times until i decided to just leave with what they gave me.
i handpicked the hair and its beautiful but the cap is tiny and so wig is uncomfortable. it did last a long time though. and really gorgeous hair. Was this comment helpful to you?Leave a Review: Cancel reply
Thinking of Rating A Wig Company?
When leaving your rating or review, please consider the following things:At Shaytell, we value honesty above all else. Please make sure you have actually had an experience with a specific company before rating them. (This does not mean you had to purchase a wig. It could have been a consultation, a phonecall, a meeting, etc., but you should be commenting on a personal interaction.)
We encourage all reviews: good and bad. We just want you to write about it in a calm way. Try and keep language professional, and think about your review as a means of guiding someone else toward the best company rather than bashing a company you may have had a negative experience with.
Pictures are great. Your review will have most impact if you can show people what you loved or hated about your experience with that vendor!
