MK wigs is known to have quality due to its custom nature. When buying a product I consider customer service and etiquette number one. I reached out to MK wigs 3 times via email with no response. I come to find out that they changed their email and never received my messages. I finally find their number and call them. I asked the woman for an appointment to see their showroom or order custom as I am only in Israel for 2 weeks. While putting me on hold 4 times and speaking t Lo other people while I was talking she told me no points were open .
I found this pretty pathetic - I came all the way from USA and they wouldn't even offer me the courtesy to see their show room pieces. They will definitely never receive my business irrelevant of their quality. Lastly I contacted another company in Israel known to be just as good as MK and they told me they're booked but am welcome to come by and they can try to fit me in. Most Israeli pieces come from same manufacturer its custom which differentiates it all. Please consider another company besides MK.
