I had a horrible experience there as a kallah- Charlene makes the biggest deal about her kallahs but she's all talk and not so much real action! I was essentially ignored after the first 20 min and left in tears. I went back a few times w friends who were kallahs and was continuously unimpressed. The only reason I ended up buying one is because I really needed a new sheitel and had $400 there from "recommending" friends and they let you do a payment plan which worked for my financial situation. I went with gabby soep winkler who takes private clients there at night - she is the only reason I had a decent experience! I would not go there when Charlene and her team is there they are really unhelpful. Anyways I haven't had my gali for so long but the hair is nice , hairline is natural without being a lace front and so far I don't have complaints (bli ayin hara!!)

Thinking of Rating A Wig Company?
When leaving your rating or review, please consider the following things:

At Shaytell, we value honesty above all else. Please make sure you have actually had an experience with a specific company before rating them. (This does not mean you had to purchase a wig. It could have been a consultation, a phonecall, a meeting, etc., but you should be commenting on a personal interaction.)

We encourage all reviews: good and bad. We just want you to write about it in a calm way. Try and keep language professional, and think about your review as a means of guiding someone else toward the best company rather than bashing a company you may have had a negative experience with.

Pictures are great. Your review will have most impact if you can show people what you loved or hated about your experience with that vendor!
