Right when I got married i loved my Barbra. Then I started realizing issues with it. The cap did not fit properly, it was a funny shape on top and the layers did not blend nicely. I hardly had it cut so it came like that and even if I would want to recut and layer the hair is too thin.
It is light and comfortable for the most part but way too much time has to be put in before I wear it each time. Unless I wear it with a hat it looks great but ddnt spend that $$$$ for a hat wig!
In the beginning her customer service was great and they were helping me and after a few months they said sorry we can't help you.
I am so bummed because I spent so much money on it and it just sits on my shelf! ?

Thinking of Rating A Wig Company?
When leaving your rating or review, please consider the following things:

At Shaytell, we value honesty above all else. Please make sure you have actually had an experience with a specific company before rating them. (This does not mean you had to purchase a wig. It could have been a consultation, a phonecall, a meeting, etc., but you should be commenting on a personal interaction.)

We encourage all reviews: good and bad. We just want you to write about it in a calm way. Try and keep language professional, and think about your review as a means of guiding someone else toward the best company rather than bashing a company you may have had a negative experience with.

Pictures are great. Your review will have most impact if you can show people what you loved or hated about your experience with that vendor!
