I love my bk so much but I have to write this review to make people aware of their service. I've had mine for a year and sent it to Israel through the lady I bought it by to get some hair added (it's free as it's in the year guarantee). It has been 7 weeks and I was told it would take 3/4 max. There has apparently been a problem with the shipping and customs. Each time I ask I hear a different story and no clear answer. It makes me think something fishy is going on and I feel they are being very 'israeli' about it all and not giving me facts. It is so disappointing because I am obsessed with the wig and would want to purchase another one, but this experience has completely put me off unfortunately.

I had a very nice piece from BK, but the cap is not very comfortable and it oxidized much faster than cheaper wigs I own. It's a lovely wig, but I don't think it warrants the high price.
